us! Mary Baker Eddy
founded The Mother Church (The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston, Massachusetts) in 1879. Our
church is a branch of The Mother Church. Throughout the world, churches like ours meet on Sundays to read
citations from the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.
Our Sunday School welcomes all young
people up to the age of twenty. Through traditional Bible stories, along with readings from Science and
Health, they learn about God, prayer, and spiritual healing. They discuss how the teachings of Christian
Science relate to their daily lives.
On Wednesday
evenings we hold meetings that include readings from the Bible and Science and Health that have been selected to address current
issues and needs. After the readings and a hymn, the congregation is invited to share experiences of healing
gained through the study of Christian Science.
