In Romans (15) we read:Whatsoever things were written aforetime were
written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. To the Christian Scientist,
the Bible is much more than a history of religion, even more than beautiful and beloved literature. It is not a collection
of mysterious writings too obscure to be understood. The message throughout the Scriptures is spiritual and is filled with
meaning for today. Through passages of Scripture and related lines from our textbook, Science & Health with Key to the
Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, our Weekly Bible Lessons bring fresh views of these timeless promises. Come join us Sunday
mornings at 10, we would love to share these inspiring messages!
At the
same time, children up to the age of 20 meet in our Sunday School to discuss these same passages. They see how God is helping
them in every aspect of their lives; they gain a spiritual concept of their identity, thus enabling them to meet daily challenges
with confidence and courage. Let your children visit and see the difference it can make in their lives!
