What is Christian Science? ·
Christian Science, discovered by
Mary Baker Eddy, is a universal, practical system of spiritual, prayer-based Christian healing, available and accessible to everyone. ·
Christian Science has helped many
people find better emotional and physical health, answers to life’s deepest issues and progress on their spiritual journeys.
· Healthcare decisions are always a matter of individual choice
_____________
Who is Mary Baker Eddy?
Mary Baker Eddy is the Discoverer
and Founder of Christian Science and the author of the foundational work, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
Throughout her youth
and early adulthood, Mary Baker Eddy faced poor health and financial and emotional hardship. She overcame these challenges
to become one of the most prominent individuals of her day. Toward the end of her life, Human Life magazine described
her as “the most famous, interesting and powerful woman in America, if not in the world, today.”
She continues to be regarded
as one of history’s more remarkable figures. Today, her primary work, Science and Health, engages readers around
the world.
